Laura Herron Weber has been representing employees in litigation against their employers for over 15 years. Laura understands that behind every employment dispute is the personal story and experience of the employee. She gets successful results for her clients by designing individual litigation strategies and theories to match that experience and zealously seeking compensation for her client’s damages.
The majority of Laura’s cases involve individual employees who have been terminated because of discrimination and retaliation.
