Latika Malkani has over eight years experience exclusively representing employees and labor unions in all aspects of litigation, from pre-lawsuit investigation through trial. Ms. Malkani has broad experience regarding a number of labor and employment law issues, including employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, breach of contract, employee rights and privacy, fraud and misrepresentation. Ms. Malkani’s volunteer efforts have included teaching at Stanford Law School’s intensive advocacy program, and serving as a Supervising Attorney at several Bay Area employment law clinics. Ms. Malkani also spent two years working for the City and County of San Francisco, training and advising senior government executives on how to implement principles of gender equity and human rights.
