Jonathan Siegel has practiced and taught labor and employment law in a variety of settings since 1978. He enjoys a strong reputation as an energetic but honorable employee advocate. He has acted as lead counsel in hundreds of arbitrations, administrative trials and jury trials. Most recently, he was lead counsel in Rogers v. ARINC, a successful action in Alameda County in which the plaintiff received a substantial six-figure award for a racially and sexually hostile workplace. He has successfully litigated class action wage and hour lawsuits against the University of California and Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Mr. Siegel continues to represent a broad range of individuals in all manner of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination litigation.
